Lauren Petracca is an independent visual journalist based in Rochester, NY who works with editorial and nonprofit clients. Her work examines the fragile relationship between people and the environment and how climate change and environmental practices impact culture, daily life, and mental health. She has worked as a staff photographer for publications such as The Democrat and Chronicle, The Greenville News, and The Post and Courier. She is a FAA-certified drone pilot.
